What sizes of storage units do you have available?
We have a variety of units from 5'x10' to 15'x30.

What are your prices for the various units?
Rates start at $40/month and go up depending on the size of the unit. Our prices are consistently lower than other storage facilities and we will match or beat any competitor’s rate in the area! Call us for current specials and availability.

Do you offer a military discount?
We are currently offering introductory pricing that is lower than military rates.

What other move-in costs/fees are there?
None. We don't charge administrative fees or security deposits.

Do you have outside/RV storage?
No. It creates too much of a security risk for our customers.

What are the door and ceiling heights of your units?
All of our units have a minimum 8' door height allowing most vehicles to drive in easily. They have a minimum 9-1/2' ceiling height with pitched roofs to allow high storage stacking.

How wide are the driveways?
All the driveways are a minimum 28’ width.  Also we have all concrete driveways to allow heavy truck access if needed.

Do you allow moving truck access for drop off and pick up?
Yes we can allow moving trucks direct access to most of the units.

How much notice do I have to give upon leaving a unit?
All units are month to month.  Tenant may vacate at any time by notifying the management.  If tenant would like a refund of any prepaid rent, they must give the office a minimum 30 day notice of move out date.

Do you offer any discounts for long term rentals?
Usually we offer a 10% additional discount for prepaying annually. Contact the manager for details.

What happens if I am late on a payment?
Units over five days late will be charged a $10 late charge per month.  Units which remain delinquent over three months may be auctioned off to pay delinquent rental charges per state statutory regulations.  Customer access will be denied to delinquent units.  Contact the manager if you need to make special arrangements.

Do you have a truck for rent?
We have access to reserve a 14’ moving truck with advance notice.  This usually costs $19.99 for five hours or $29.99 for a full day.  Additional charges will accrue for mileage over ten miles and if the truck is not refueled.  In some cases a security deposit will be required to rent a truck.  Contact the manager for more information.

Does the manager live on site?
Yes, the manager lives on site.  This means he can keep an eye on the facility after hours.

What other security measures do you offer?
Computer-controlled gate access.  24 digital security cameras.  High-security disk locks for all units provided.  Additionally, each unit is individually alarmed.  This means that the office will be notified if someone on-site tries to access a unit which is not leased to them.
